Avocado Fruit Dip

Avocado Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

  • Half of a local avocado
  • 1-2 Tb agave  
  •  about 1/4 C organic soymilk or almond milk
  • 1/4 ts vanilla
Blend together until you get a yogurt-like consistency, and add more soymilk if needed.
Use as a dip with cut fresh fruit. Makes a healthy breakfast.
