Avocado Fruit Dip
Avocado Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
Half of a local avocado
1-2 Tb agave
about 1/4 C organic soymilk or almond milk
1/4 ts vanilla
Blend together until you get a yogurt-like consistency, and add more soymilk if needed.
Use as a dip with cut fresh fruit. Makes a healthy breakfast.
