Sunday Buffet Brunch
For about $15, you can have brunch surrounded by Guam's beautiful southern mountains at the Clubhouse at Leo Palace. There is live entertainment, a bottle of champagne, and an impressive environment.
The food is not bad for vegans. There is the usual salad and fruit bar, somen (cold Japanese noodles in cold broth) salad with toppings,

hot ramen with toppings, inari sushi (fried tofu skin covering rice), vegetable tempura, banana lumpia,
halo halo (shaved ice with various Filipino coconut toppings) bar, and tea and coffee.
For me, the best thing about it is that I can even invite my meatarian friends!
