Vegan Fine Dining at Roy's Restaurant

Dinner at Roy's Restaurant located in the Hilton Hotel was a very elegant experience. With live music playing from the lounge, the dining rooms were warm and sophisticated, yet the rooms felt very private. The staff were attentive, yet their presence was minimal. But best of all, the food was delicious.

A full vegan meal included:

Warm foccacia bread with olive tapenade
Waimanalo greens

Tofu and steamed vegetables with tomato sauce

Fruit

The meal was under $50 per person. Of course, Roy's would prefer if you could call them in advance. Even so, we had another vegan joining us without advanced reservation. His meal was just as delicious, showing the talents of the chef to whip up a vegan meal without advanced preparation.

I raise my glass to you, Roy's Restaurant, for a meal well done!
