Hi! I'm glad to have found your blog. I've just recently become a vegetarian, and since I'm going back to Guam to visit my parents, I've wondered about restaurants that serve vegetarian or vegan food. The Bistro sounds like a good choice. Do you know if other restaurants in Tumon offer vegan or vegetarian options?

WHAT!? Was it vegan, or just veg?

Hi everyone, I tried the chamorro sausage (bought at Simply Food). It was very delicious! Most of the time, I don't eat a lot of TVP (textured vegetable protein), because non-processed foods are better for you. However, this was a very good treat! I made it with leftover pizza sauce and island fresh tomatoes. Tasted like sloppy joes and it was amazing!!! Thanks for the suggestion, Drea!

Hi Everyone,

I will post a list of vegetarian/vegan restaurants on Guam very soon. Look out for that one!

I am very proud to say, the food from this post was entirely Vegan! The birthday/ graduation girl is vegan, and her family is vegan or vegetarian. Since it was her special day, everyone brought a vegan dish and I made the (vegan) killer chocolate cake with peanut/almond butter cream in the middle and dark chocolate frosting on top. YUM! Wish you guys were there to enjoy it too!
