Cafe Dharma's Raw Pizza and Spaghetti

Cafe Dharma's raw pizza and spaghetti special is very, very delicious. I normally do not eat a lot of grains and pasta, so forgot how much I loved pizza and spaghetti. And this lunch combo was really over-the-top in flavor. The pizza crust is crunchy, thin and slightly sweet from the sprouted grains.  The pizza sauce was on the sweet side and is reminiscent of something I've had many years ago at California Pizza Kitchen in Waikiki. The spaghetti is made from raw buko (young coconut meat) and tossed in tomato sauce topped with nutritional yeast, which looks like parmigiano and tastes like cheese.

I highly recommend this special! Cafe Dharma has different daily specials from Chamorro plates to Italian. Don't forget to take a look at their snacks and desserts! Their raw cheesecake is to die for!
