Palm Cafe at Outrigger

 The Eggplant Marinara is layered with sliced local eggplants, spinach, and mushroom and topped with tofu pesto. It is baked and tastes homecooked. - Wow!
 Spinach Salad with Fig Mustard Dressing - the image says it all!

Hummous on pita with avocados and fresh fruit on the side - an amazing dish!

Oooo, those veggies look really nice. I love hearing that restaurants are using local produce. I think they should try using fresh local produce in the schools. It'll be good for the kids and the farmers.

Hi Drea! I agree, more people should support local farmers, especially large organizations, because they have a greater impact on Guam.
