The Gourmet Peanut Butter Sandwich


Ingredients:
Sprouted grain bread, toasted
Peanut butter or any nut butter
Sunflower seeds
Chocolate covered cocoa nibs, or mini chocolate chips, or flaked dark chocolate

1. Mix sunflower seeds into the nut butter. If you would like it sweeter, add a drop or two of stevia or a bit of agave/honey.
2. Spread butter on toast. Top with chocolate.
3. Enjoy!

Optional for a truly gourmet experience:

fresh sliced tomatoes
fresh basil
salt
chili powder

3. Add sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, and a sprinkle of chili powder.
4. Enjoy! (picture above)

Sliced bananas
Vegan Corn Flakes or Granola
Jelly
